Utility Billing

Utility Billing handles billing for residential and commercial sewer, trash, recycling, pressure irrigation for nine subdivisions in the Boise City Municipal Irrigation District (MID), and the natural geothermal heating system in the downtown core area. Utility Billing also handles billing of annual dues for the Downtown Boise Association.

Effective November 1, 2009, the Federal Trade Commission required Boise City Utility Billing to verify identity when a customer wants to access an account. Information on the new rules is available under "Links".
